"We had a great lake view room that had recently been refurbished but unfortunately the towel rails had not been put back. Could do more for the environment by using crockery cups instead of paper covered in single use plastic and large refillable shampoo containers."

"I stayed at the hotel with my wife and a friend a couple of weeks ago, and we really enjoyed the overall service and attention from the people at the front desk to the cleaner and at the restaurant. In addition, the hotel is well located, close to the Hwy. 401 and not far from the downtown. I will highly recommend it."
