"On arrival, we checked in and started to unpack. We noticed that parts of the room were dusty. As we looked closer we noticed that our room was layered in dust that had obviously been there longer than a week nevermind a day. The headboards were covered and you could visibly see the colour difference on the carpet where the duty was lying. "The hotel is extremely modern and clean, and aside from a few technical issues with the ID card, the access gates and doors are easy to use. Pods are well air-conditioned, clean, and comfortable. The communal bathroom is extremely clean."

"This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."
