"Great location with easy and quick access to subway & train stations, restaurants, and stores. Check in was quick and easy, timely & professional response from management, clean & big bedroom, clean kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine, toiletries and laundry detergent was a plus. Only negative was the train noise between 5 am-1am. Can’t have all but I was there to explore Japan, and to see the beautiful blooming flowers. Therefore, quick and easy access to subway & train stations was my #1...

"Wow. Just…wow! Beautiful building and interior, very clean rooms. Insanely great shower/tub/sauna bathroom. Spend the extra pittance for the sauna upgrade and thank me later. We arrived early, before the room was expected to be ready, but the front desk tagged and stored our luggage and delivered to the room once it was ready. Very convenient walking distance to Gion area temples and shrines. Easy access to other parts via the bus stop 100 ft away. 帰る方所ですね！"

"Finding the entrance was a little confusing but once you find it, then it's easy. I would write a note that it's to the right of the clinic and go through the sliding glass door. other than that, excellent!"

"Incredible stay. Very quiet area, but close to transit and walkable to a lot of sight-seeing locations and great food. Hosts are extremely responsive and staff is very helpful. Had great rests here. Would stay again the next time I'm in Osaka"

"I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."
