"The hotel and the staff are great. Being connected to train station is ultra convenient. The only negative was the washer/dryer combo. Does not fully dry clothes. I work in laundry so I know exactly how much should into a washer/dryer to make it work properly. Other than they beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and great location."

"ホテルを普段利用する機会がないため評価はできませんが、近くに行く用事あったので、夜に雨予報が確実だったのもあり、歩いて帰りたかったので、その日は歩いて帰ることが難しいとおもいホテルを探した所、住友生命様のバイタリティの中でホテルの割引きしてくれるサービスがあり利用させて頂きました。 翌日は、朝方に雨も止んで無事歩いて帰ることができました。 施設サービスのマッサージは利用させていただきました。施術してくださった方は熟練の方で、全身ほぐしとお話でとてもリラックスできました。普段も他でマッサージは利用しますが、ホテルで利用するとそのまま休むことが出来てとてもいいひと時でした。"
