"Understanding that it's a budget option business hotel and not a fancy resort, this place was amazing. Very cheap during rainy season, and the lady at the reception was very nice. She didn't speak a lot of English and we didn't speak a lot of Japanese, but we made it work. Our rooms were bigger than usual for Japan, even though it was cheap. There was a vending machine and free coffee in the lobby."

"Location is good, 5 min to local train station. The hotel is located in a building with other businesses, with the reception on 15th floor. We booked an executive room and found for 2 travellers with 2 suitcases, the room was congested with very little room to move around. On that note, the photos of the room on the website are bit misleading, giving a larger impression. The bathroom, amenities etc however were great. The staff are marvellous and extremely helpful. "The staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and clean. The AC went out for a bit but started working, the wifi was spotty in the room. We purchased the breakfast, most Japanese food, little Western choices, coffee was strong 👍. Rooms were spacious, beds soft, pillows hard. Rooms were clean. Had shopping and restaurants on 2nd floor. Had a ramp to the metro station. Hotel was central to many attractions. Would stay there again!"
