Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Our only change would be not to have dogs staying; one dog howled for a good while at 7.30 am on the sunday: I think guests had...

"The bed was comfortable and in room amenities were good as well with a clean room The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable in the summer with the room situated next to a car park on ground floor with reduced privacy given windows had to be open The carpets do show their age I feel our stay was ok outwith all of this and it’s location ideal as short drive to motorway"
