"Room spotless all staff friendly and helpful as usual"

"The staff were absolutely lovely. They helped us with directions and other information. The place was clean and comfortable, with lovely toiletries and other treats such as giant cookies! The coffee pod machine was very welcome. It was,a real bonus to have a fridge in the room, complete with bottles of water, and fresh milk to put in our hot drinks. "Clean room good location, the only issue was the TV stopped working and the hotel saud the entire floor was habing issues with yhe TV and they were trying to rectify it but unable to do so. Not a big problem as the TV is not the main part of a hotel stay."
