"I checked in the night before a flight that left at 6 a.m. They were helpful about arranging pick-up at 4 a.m. and making sure I could grab something to eat before I left at that ghastly hour. The room was very clean, the bed was excellent and the location was surprisingly quiet (considering that it was right by the airport, I only heard one flight)."

Looked like people sat on our bed before we got there…. was not made up nicely and “crisp” looking. Had a tall tub/shower combination which was very hard to get into and out…"

"The hotel is close to the airport (a pleasant 10 min walk), clean, efficient and has very good service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary coupons that ended up covering my dinner and breakfast! Talk of pleasant surprises! I definitely would use it again, if I am travelling in the area, and would recommend it."

"The staff were so helpful and friendly. Even in my sleep deprived state, the woman who checked me in was patient and kind. The only thing that was a little "disappointing" (but not exactly) was the coffee amenities. They weren't the best, but we're certainly acceptable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet. I had a nice stay."

Local independent shops worth a visit too. The room was spotless but badly in need of the refurbishment the hotel is currently undergoing. Accessible rooms are available, but no lift. Look forward to returning.."

"Lovely room, very clean and generously sized. Bay window looked out onto the road and views of the Murrayfield Stadium. Unfortunately the whole room shakes whenever any bus or large vehicle travels down the road. Trying to sleep with a shaking bed took some getting used to. Breakfast was disappointing. I expected better with the additional cost. No Bananas or Apples, just a selection of sliced fruit. One morning, I asked for more yogurt but they had ‘run out’! It was 8.30am, it’s not as if...
