"The hotel had everything you need and was recently constructed so in great shape. In all my travels around the world, I have not met a more friendly group of staff. They literally did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Will never go there again!!!"

"A beautiful place nestled in the mountains, set in a charming, beautifully restored village. Its location is also ideal, roughly halfway between Elafonissi Beach and the Balos Lagoon, making it a great base for exploring both. Our room was a wonderful cottage, full of character and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving truly outstanding dishes. A wonderful experience overall."

"We travel a reasonable amount and we just say this was one of the most unique and enjoyable rooms we have ever stayed in. Every single detail of the room is impeccable. The original distressed stained coffered ceilings, the wall murals, the furniture, the bathrooms, the configuration. As real estate owners we could even appreciate the level of detail in the electrical and plumbing. The patio was not huge but it was very adequate and provided an immersive feeling in the whole Hania Old Port vibe....

"Beautiful hotel in a prime location with an excellent view."

"Had a lovely stay. Staff was very helpful and informative"

"Sauberes und schönes Zimmer mit Poolblick, freundliches Personal und fast immer ein leerer Pool."

"A lovely place perfect location for exploring the old town. The staff were friends and rooms cleaned every day. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again"

"Excellent. The sea views amazing"

"Right in the middle of old town…. Comfortable room and incredibly helpful host. Restaurants and shops nearby. Great place to stay!"

"Lovely friendly staff who are so helpful beautiful room, beach and area "

"This hotel was nice and the rooms were quite modern. We had the two bedroom. The check-in was fine at the other property and a young man helped us roll our bags to the second property. The bed was just OK. It was a terrible. It wasn’t great. There was a lovely veranda on our floor. We were room six, but we were never told about it. We just discovered it on our last night and never got to go out there and have a coffee or a glass of wine. There was no service out there, but it would’ve been nice...

"Great place as descibed"

"Half a block from the old harbour in a safe area. Insuite laundry and two bathrooms is a luxury we appreciated. The building, finishings and furniture were all very modern and high quality. Cleaning staff were lovely and on site daily."

"The staff was wonderful! They stayed open late for our arrival. The room was huge and the view was amazing!!! Will definitely stay here again."

"We booked our room for one night, and it was the best stay. Room was clean. In a great area. Comfy. Staff was so helpful online (we didn’t interact with anyone in real life). Would absolutely stay here again."
