"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend "

"Shocking room clean? Must be a joke dust and dirt and grime everywhere it’s cheap for a reason but at least have standards. Lights never worked in bathroom the floor was sticky single glazed windows heard everything. Tv on stand but view blocked by wall cabinet. Half bottle vodka left in cupboard from who ever so proves not been cleaned. I had the gas meter in my bathroom normal tape to try go around the door looking dirty, old bath mat next to the sink toilet close to the wall so can’t sit on...

"From the moment we arrived till the morning we left we were made very welcome by all the people involved in running the OYO . They went above and beyond to help us out from Georgia booking taxis for us to my friend behind the bar going to his house to get me cigarettes when I had run out big thanks (hope you enjoy Edinburgh 👍👍👍) cleanliness spot on ,food amazing,and very reasonable for top quality,. would recommend to anyone looking forward to seeing you all again thanks "

"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."
