"I have used this hotel very often in the past But I was shocked how there Standards have dropped. The flood was very poor the service very poor.The lack of singning for there different areas none existent. The room very nice for normal users but for some disabled like me it was a night mare. The experience was disappointing from arrival: waited ~15 minutes outside due to lack of staff support and found access confusing with multiple locks. The listing was misleading—what I expected to be a self-contained apartment had key facilities (sofas/TV) in a communal area, and the room itself was very small. The shower was lukewarm and the holder broken, so it had to be handheld. The bed was too small for a 6-ft adult....

"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."
