"Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try)."

"Thought the room was lovely. However there was no dressing gown or slippers. There was no glasses in the bathroom or room. The small thin plastic cups fell over if you put your toothbrush and toothpaste in. Surprised there wasn’t a separate restaurant in the hotel for evening meals.. A friend came to see me for coffee one morning but I was told they didn’t serve coffee until 12. First hotel I’ve never heard that before in a hotel. My husband loved the swimming pool. "This is a very quirky old building! We used this property as an overnight stay prior to a flight and it was just perfect for what we needed, we didn’t arrive until about 9pm so didn’t have food but had a couple of drinks in the bar and very short distance to the airport in the morning. Also unlike some of the chain hotels we looked at there was no fee for overnight parking at the hotel. Would definitely recommend and use this hotel again!"

"The room we had was very spacious, and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff are all so cordial and welcoming. The food was delicious. It's close proximity to Heathrow was the reason for our overnight stay, and we are so glad we did."

"The room was clean and well worth the price! The ONLY thing that was a challenge, was taxi's weren't willingly willing to get us here because it was within their parameters of the airport and it was about $40 to get us to the hotel. The place is beautiful and the staff are super friendly, extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable and easy to access."

"To call this a Hotel is very misleading. It is at the very least bed accommodation and that's all. There are no kitchen facilities, no tea/coffee amenities. We stayed 2 nights, room was not serviced, the TV remote didn't work (asked for new batteries, still didn't work) the shower had no curtain so everything in the bathroom got soaked. Luckily we removed the toilet paper. The shower/bathroom door leaked so the floor in the room around the door got soaked. I'd not recommend this place to anyone....
