Do not allow smoking in the balconies. The rest of us who don’t smoke suffocate with windows open and no one came to Thailand to stay with windows closed. "Very modern and well decorated venue . The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly with a relaxed attitude as the day we needed to check out we could use the facilities and towels for the day. We had a lovely cooked Thai evening meal when we arrived . There were a couple of places nearby to eat and there was a ten minute walk to the beach by walking over the road . We liked the location and would revisit again in the future "

Water is provided daily and breakfast was included as well as a 20% discount when eating at Dr. Frog's (on property dining and bar which was quite good). Some units require the use of steep stairs, and some tile work shows signs of age. "Nice resort on beachfront. We had a superior Seaview room which was very comfortable. Glad we didn’t take a bungalow as we were told they were noisy with lots of mosquitos. Lovely pool with lots of sun lounges and more sun lounges on the beach. Close to everything including shops restaurants and food markets. Enjoyed staying here and extended our stay for another 5 nights."
