"One of the more delightful experiences while traveling the coast of Portugal. We had a room overlooking the sea and the view couldn't have been more magical. We felt so at peace. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea was delicious. The hotel is absolutely historically beautiful. I would not miss this hotel while traveling through Portugal!"

"The lock to my apartment was temperamental so it was perfectly possible for someone to enter without a keycard. I reported this Tuesday morning, was promised it would be fixed that day and had to leave my belongings accessible. It did not get fixed until Weds evening. When I explained I was not comfortable sleeping in an apartment accessible to anyone I was told they could not move me as it was full and that the inside lock would work fine (not that I could test that).
