"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

"Great activities and entertainment for the family! Staff are friendly and accommodating except for the person at the beach side (old man in charge of the umbrella.) I wasn’t happy with his service. I asked for our umbrella to be opened several times but didn’t bother with my request instead he gave our umbrella to someone else."

"I really appreciate the staff. They've provided overall exceptional service. I like the fact that the property is located within a quiet residential community. My wife and I felt like we were at home. The property itself was very clean, functional and well maintained. Our two bedroom 2 bathroom suite was amazing. Our stay at the San Tropico Boutique Hotel was well worth it and we will book here again. Highly recommended!"

"Very traditional Mexican ambience, wooden furniture, art, dishes - loved it all. Beautiful garden with pools, plants and birds, fish. Breakfast was a bonus 👍 Staff really friendly and humble. Quiet place to relax and unwind."
