"The pools were gorgeous, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, you could get to Centro or the Zona Dorada; if not, Ubers and taxis are plentiful. The beach was very rocky; when we wanted to go in the ocean, we walked south in the beach to better places."

"A well managed property with mid level ammenities which provide good and adequate services ( food, beverages, etc..) Due to the low season and subsequent lower occupancy; restaurants were rotated daily on and off, it was somewhat puzzling to determine which was going to be opened or closed in the evening. "Upon arrival the room dirty, 2 dead cockroaches. Couch with a dirty spot with pubic hair, ceiling fan very noisy, empty refrigerator. Manager Brenda offered to give us a ride back to the airport free of charge for all the inconveniences. But on the day we left we told manager Brenda to get us the ride and she said “what are you talking about “? She said she never said anything. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT COMING BACK.THANK YOU BRENDA. They never fixed anything."

Please adjust your site and change to this address immediately as our taxi cab for us and daughter each took 1/2 hour more to find the correct site The beach was very poor and the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, even though there were plenty of swimming pools and a good activity centre Our room had several maintenance issues such as...

The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk.
