"The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was very well done. The room was very bare though. There was nothing to unpack your suitcase into like drawers so had to keep everything in the suitcase for five days and the location. If you didn't rent a car, bus transportation was a nightmare. Got lost numerous times as the driver did not announce upcoming stops and no monitor working saying the next stop. If you have a car, it's about a 20 minute ride to downtown."

"Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I got the extra large room and I noticed a lot of the furniture needed to be replaced. Old, dirty, and broken table, couch, and fridge. Bathroom sink was tiny didn’t have any place to place my toiletries. And most importantly the room needs a portable fan in substitute of an AC. Im a hot sleeper and with no AC it was difficult falling asleep."

"The room was perfectly maintained, and the area is nice and quiet. It's also very convenient because there's a mini-mall right next door with a coffee shop, pharmacy, and convenience store. Parking wasn't a concern at all either, as they have plenty of spaces available. And on top of that, the customer support team was excellent—always quick to reply and very helpful."

"Useful location and easy to find with free parking. Lobby was nice - open only to 11 pm though. We had a quad room for a family of 4 - forgot to request that 2 beds be put together so all had singles which was fine but should have thought to ask. Good size bathroom. Didn’t have time to use fitness center but looked nice. Breakfast (included) was fantastic."

"Breakfast is very limited and and they serve the same items every morning. Another downside is the parking lot, they only have 16 spots available. If you you come after 8:00 pm is usually occupied and you have to find street parking."

"Poor parking availability. Apparently the hotel parking is open even for non paying customers. I had to drive around to find parking on the streets."

"We had super easy to follow instructions for checking in and how to work everything there and about the local shops. Great location for going on tours just 50 meters from tourist bus stop 12. Had to contact the people once online and had instant reply. Every thing you could need for a stay. Wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment"
