"War eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Einrichtung super zweckmäßig und komfortabel. Sehr praktisch mit der Spülmaschine, Kaffee, Tee sowie Salz und Pfeffer. Wir fühlten uns richtig wohl! "

"The hotel was in a quiet location and walking distance to bustops for tours and airport. Number 13 bus stop is only half a block away. It had a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, stove top and microwave. Communication was good for access to hotel. Plenty of parking at front of hotel. 5 min walk to restaurants and small supermarket. There was a sulphar smell from the hot water but that is supposedly all of Iceland. Room a little small. Cleaners need to check that dishes have been cleaned...

"The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We had an issue with the drain in the shower but they advised housekeeping would take care of it."

"Everything was great. The room with all amenities, a great kitchen, delicious bed. It is close to the downtown within walking distance. The Brikk coffee shop has delicious coffee, bread and pastries too which is an added bonus. No-one from the hotel on site except the cleaners at times. "

"Please put the coffee machine in the Kitchen, it doesn't make sense to leave it in the reception since it opens at 9AM and closes at 9PM. Those who want to have a coffee before 9AM cannot have (or even after 9PM), and outside there no near possibilities."

"Wonderful, helpful, delicious breakfast-comfortable bed- very happy and would stay there again—I lost my key to my suitcase and the host got tools to help me break my lock! Such relief!"

"Loved the hotel spa that was the highlight of this stay (remember they are closed Sundays and require an appointment booking for a 1 hour time slot). The rooms had double beds and slept 4 comfortably, the washrooms were clean but a bit dated, I recommend showering downstairs in the hotel spa change rooms - very modern and clean! Parking was across the street and had multiple spots, loved the breakfast option since there isn’t a ton around! Would stay again! "

"Hotel Aska was beautiful. It is all serve yourself pretty much but the room and surrounding areas were very clean. It is a very walkable area with the city center only 20 minutes away by foot. "
