"Hard to get used to the 'contactless check in'. No humans around. The apartment was adequate, but there were a few things that should be addressed. I needed to iron a dress, and, yes there was an iron, and an ironing board that would sit on a table. Except that there was nowhere in the apartment where I could plug in the iron and use a table for the ironing board! I would have to rearrange the apartment. Also, the outlets in the bedroom were only accessible by crawling under the bedside tables....

"We found the apartment’s lighting was too dark because of dark color of walls and not enough of lighting fixtures. Besides the fixtures are spot lights type so that certain areas were not covered. No headboard lights. The room is quite decent and very clean. Ample space for two people. Location is quite good, closes to the freeway leading to downtown Reykjavik."

"Aside for a bit of problems with the door code, handle and the battery that left me waiting outside for a bit I can not fault anyone. The staff via WhatsApp , phone and the guy that repaired my door were kind and polite. The room was not spotless but nothing to complain about. The room, the area, the view was great! Just a suggestion...if you leave some cleaning products and accessories ( broom, mop, etc.) it would make it easier to keep the room even cleaner as there is no service available....

"This hotel was unique, artsy, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and we had everything we needed. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that there was such a beautiful pool and spa and was excited to use it every evening, but the hot tub was a bit dirty which was a disappointment."

"The apartment was perfectly clean, it was ideal for 3 with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom is super quality. It is very well situated in Hafnarfjordur, with restaurants nearby, and ~12mk away from Reykjavík. Parking is easy around, entry and exit is automated and the cleaning staff is very nice too."

"This is a nice hotel at a reasonable rate. The lady at the front desk was so wonderful to interact with. The breakfast buffet is pretty good too. Highly recommended!"

"The apartment is very conveniently located with lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a P4 parking with a 5 min walk away. The areas just in front of the apartment are all P2. We never parked in the building so don’t know how that is. We never had an issue finding parking close. The rooms are clean and having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver. We never heard any noises from the neighbors so I am assuming the walls are very well insulated."

"The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The host texted the building and room codes in advance, and it was easy to find The Swan with signage on the building. While the lobby and hallways seemed very industrial, once inside the apartment, it was lovely, clean and bright. There is a grocery store within walking distance, which was great for us. There was a lively shopping and dining area also within a short walk. The 10a check out is a bit early for travelers with late-day/evening flights,...

"The Edition is a stylish hotel with a great design and atmosphere. However, don’t expect full 5-star service. There is no daily turn-down service, and housekeeping won’t make the beds or provide fresh towels unless you specifically request it. We had to call or flag staff each time, which was disappointing at this price point and brand level. Overall, it’s a nice stay if you’re okay being proactive about basics, but it falls short of the seamless luxury experience the name suggests."

"Sort of mislead from internet info. Shared bathrooms with too many. Looks aged on outside. Cheaply done remodel. Shower too small. Too noisy from street people as you need to leave a window open. Info not relayed to phone properly. Never saw emails. I think k they went to Expedia maybe."

"This place was big n had many rms n multiple shared bthrms n well equipped shared kitchen dwnstairs. They had access combo lock on the rms n the place was well maintained. We stayed here on the last nght before our early morning flght n didnt get to spend more time. We were only there for few hrs but wish culd have spent more time. I wuld recommend this place n prking is incl."
