Everything was very clean and well prepared, and the location adds to the charm, especially if you enjoy nature and quiet surroundings. The service was friendly and responsive, and you can really feel the care they put into making guests comfortable. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it. "

The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. "Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and gave me some good tips for local things to do in the city. Restaurant attached does not advertise it's prices for evening meals at the door or provide a menu. We were simply directed to the buffet with no mention of the bar food option. To pay £150 for 3 buffet meals (& drinks) was hugely expensive (& that included a 20% discount). Had we known of the bar food option, we would have almost certainly simply...

"I stayed in the mixed dorm as a solo female- no problems at all. The whole check-in process is no contact. Make sure to bring your own towel since the hours are limited to rent one,… the office is closed on the weekends and only open from 9-4 M-F. This was a great location to get picked up for tours. Would absolutely stay there again."
