"Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This was a perfect hotel after a long week of traveling! Beautiful rooms, heated floors in the restrooms, and a delicious breakfast. I wish we could have stayed for longer!"

"Breakfast is very limited and and they serve the same items every morning. Another downside is the parking lot, they only have 16 spots available. If you you come after 8:00 pm is usually occupied and you have to find street parking."

I stayed here a few years and remember it fondly, this week has been a joke: nothing works, the staff are oblivious, the rooms are old and the breakfast buffet is terrible. Let’s start from the top: 1) the rooms vary, you should insist on the ‘updated’ room otherwise you’re basically staying in a hostel 2) the faucet turns itself off. "Cleaning staff did a good job keeping the place clean. Guests were good in maintaining cleanliness. Room was clean. Amenities were good. Had adequate sockets for charging devices. Negative was as the hostel was at a bus parking, there might be multiple bus startings in the middle of the night. Also, as our room faced the front of the building, noise from people there easily propagated into our room."

"Convenient location in terms of walking around the city. Breakfast was good too but for a price. The only opportunity for improvement would be figuring out how to get rid of smell of sulfur from the water (sink, shower) as it is quite pungent."

"The room was ok, basic 2 twin beds. There's some electric outlet that seem unsafe. Kitchen counters had packing tape over the areas falling apart. TV would not work. Shower tile was gross and moldy. Shower would not drain. Towels were 5 years old. Torn on the sides. Messaged the property and they brought new ones. We had the same place reserved for our last night, but canceled it."

"The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was very well done. The room was very bare though. There was nothing to unpack your suitcase into like drawers so had to keep everything in the suitcase for five days and the location. If you didn't rent a car, bus transportation was a nightmare. Got lost numerous times as the driver did not announce upcoming stops and no monitor working saying the next stop. If you have a car, it's about a 20 minute ride to downtown."
