"The Swan Reserve has nice amenities - a Mediterranean restaurant, a coffee shop/ grab and go snack shop, and a bar with a food menu. We swam at the pool, but the second day discovered the Dolphin Pool which is huge with a waterslide and a waterfall. Near the Swan is a beach and a play ground. We also ate at several of the restaurants at The Dolphin - Mexican and Steak House. The Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are all walking distance, and you can use the amenities at any of them. "The original person that checked me in was terrific. Very helpful and friendly. Then they said I had to go to another desk to get a parking pass, which didn’t make sense to me but I went over there to get the parking pass and it was an entrapment to try and get me to come to some meeting to set up for some timeshare or something of that sort. Not only did they not want to let me just leave they wanted a $40 deposit on my card so I would come to a meeting. I didn’t want to go to the meeting. Why...
