"The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was very nice, came with Netflix logged in for use. The pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The staff helped book our elephant tour and the breakfast was amazing. The area is walkable with a temple right across the street. We received a welcome drink, tea service and 2 meals all complimentary. Would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai. "

"Stayed here for two nights. Breakfast included. First night had 2 for 1 drinks. Good cocktails. Ate dinner at restaurant and it was great. Staff was also very good. Room is very comfortable including the bed. A few things need some attention but overall great place. Lots of breakfast items to choose from off a digital menu. 2nd night we ate dinner somewhere else that they recommended and it was fantastic. Easy to get to also. Location is great."

"Cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at Pastell. The staff was phenomenal and made a huge impact with our children. They made the Songkran festivities accessible and so much fun. Food was great, staff always willing to help or make a recommendation, rooms were small but clean and well appointed, great location in Old Town, walkable to massages and restaurants or easy to pick up a Grab/Bolt. If we ever find our way back to Chiang Mai, we’ll absolutely stay here again! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Phra Singh Village. I appreciated that this was a smaller, boutique hotel. And although it was located within the hustle and bustle of central Chiang Mai, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. "This was the perfect place to stay during Songkran. It was far enough away from a lot of the main action but close enough to walk everywhere and central to other parts of the city outside of the Songkran holiday. The manager was extremely pleasant and helpful, always with a nice word to say. For Songkran, they were thoughtful enough to provide water guns and plastic cases for your phone and valuables. Will definitely stay at Lee Chiang next time I’m in Chiang Mai."

"Lovely hotel, brilliant location if you don’t mind walking. Staff were lovely and very generous. 24hr reception is great as it makes you feel very safe. Showers were lovely too. Beds were on the firmer side but it’s just personal preference. "

"I did not stay as my plans changed, and they would not refund even a portion of my room charge. On top of that no early check-in was allowed with over a week advance notice. Might be a decent place but they take advantage of travelers..."
