"Amazing hotel with wonderful service"

"Nice hotel with great staff and good breakfast. Quiet area, but still central."

"By Western standards, this property is best described as rustic and beautiful. It’s within walking distance of the airport but somehow managed to feel secluded. It’s a short ride to Doi Suthep, which is breathtaking. Next to the property is a shopping mall and grocery store so it’s easy to stock up on anything you may need. There’s also a 7/11 a short walk away. I also really appreciated the in room washing machine."

"Great as a base for a few days to explore Chiang Mai & surrounding areas. Good breakfast and room was great value."

"A vibe."

"Wonderful oasis inside old town. The room was lovely, the pool was refreshing and the staff so very warm and friendly. Highly recommend!"

"Such a lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful!"

"Always a great experience staying at this hotel. Aside of the amazing tea bar they have downstairs, the rooms are small but pleasant and location is great. Close to airport and walking distance to everything to see in old city."

"The staff on reception which is manned 24/7 are really lovely. Helpful, friendly and do a great job looking after the guests. There was maintenance going on in the hotel but was respectectful of times. The garden area was out of use as being renovated but again respectful of times. The rooms are lovely, I had a king size bed in a spacious room which led out to the pool area. Pool is open from 7am-10pm. Nice touch was the products left by sink all wrapped, comb, toothbrush cotton buds, shower...

"The best hotel over our overall stay in Thailand. The gourmet breakfast, with delicious local desserts. The staff very helpful and kind, specially Leg. The hotel located so close to the silver temple and night Saturday market; very quiet, clean and comfortable. Water and coffee all the time available. Highly recommended,"

"Really clean property with lots of amenities. We got discounts on the laundry and spa services, (maybe because we stayed there during rainy season) which was a nice unexpected bonus. Staff were always so friendly and accommodating !"

"Great place to stay to visit Chang Mai. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed super comfy. Best pillows do far on our trip. There is a very good choice for breakfast and I was a fan of their fried eggs. Perfectly cooked every time. The bonus was the afternoon tea that was free to guests. The pool was a great length and fabulous temperature. Great spot to chill out but space is limited. Finally, the staff are all delightful and we were made to feel very welcome. I would definitely...

"Great location+all staff are wonderful and ready to help! We love the breakfast choices and spacious and quiet room. Definitely will come back here again when visiting Chainmai again! :)"
