"The air conditioning wasn’t very good. The room was still very warm. No fridge/cooler in room for snacks but it’s not intended for more than a night I assume. Breakfast was delicious. The worst of all was the elevators. One wasn’t going to a few of the floors so we would try to push the other elevator button to go up so ours would open to go down to our floor, but the elevator wouldn’t move. After six tries, it was getting frustrating. It wasn’t until someone came to go up in the second elevator...

"Obviously super convenient for the airport but a cut above a regular airport hotel as it feels more premium. Although this was a very short visit, I've stayed and eaten here before and can report everything is very good. It's still a chain so perhaps not as personal as a boutique hotel but staff are polite, the whole place is clean and the room supremely comfortable and silent. "We’re so glad we decided to stay here instead of some chain hotel! It had so much character & charm. Our room was large & very comfortable. The bathroom was also large & beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds could use a little TLC (my husband was a landscaper 😉) but they were beautiful nonetheless. There was a wonderful Pub within walking distance where the food & atmosphere was wonderful! Perfect ending to our European vacation. Thank you 😊"

"Property was in a convenient location to Wallington; directly on a bus route and near a small green area for walks with pets. It had a quiet energy about it; meaning the property was quiet considering its location on the crossroads of two main roads and the bar and beer garden being lively but not overly boisterous. Food was tasty; breakfast particularly was plentiful. Parking was adequate."
