"I’ve already contacted the hotel about my experience. We didn’t get there until 1 am. The room I had paid for was for 1 room with 2 bedrooms. We had 7 people. No vending machines no ice machines and the area did not feel safe to me. Walking in with 3 kids at 1 am and people standing outside our door. The main door to the building is not secure. Overall there was a lot of space but 2 totally different rooms…not one as described and no pool view as described. "

"Staff was friendly, helpful and also bilingual (spanish) which is a bonus. The Rooms were clean and breakfast was always ready on time. There's not a large variety of breakfast items but the essentials are present and the breakfast sandwich changes every day, of course waffles, eggs, sausage, fruits, tea, coffee, orange juice etc. The rooms are pretty specious and have all you need to make you feel at home."

"The staff were not at reception at any point during our stay. The room was clean and shower gel etc. was well stocked. The breakfast wasn’t great, hardly any bacon and not restocked. One of the bakery drawers were empty and not very much fruit on offer either and what was there looked past its best."

"The hotel had a noticeable odor throughout my stay, which was particularly strong in the hallways. It resembled a stale, urine like smell that appeared to be masked with cleaning chemicals, though I would say they were not effective. The odor seemed more pronounced at night. Within the room, the carpet also had a slight unpleasant scent. Additionally, the elevator flooring felt soft in certain areas, which raised some concerns about maintenance. During my stay, there also appeared to be issues...

"The room was fine, there were 5 of us in it. The pool area was really nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. They had a decent selection of food. Our biggest complaint wasn't the hotel room, even tho the living room furniture was showing some wear and tear, but the front desk staff. We all (9 of us) felt like they weren't very friendly or helpful. Like we were an imposition on them. Also, the area the hotel is located at, is not a very nice area.
