"We had no air conditioning for 2 days. Booked the room with breakfast included only to arrive and be told that it was not included. The price to pay for breakfast was way too expensive. I was told that we would get backn1 nights stay refunded to my card and that never happened. The beds were AWFUL. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. DO NOT stay in this hotel."

"The shower leaked through the shower doors and onto the floor creating a river. Asked the front to fix, no help. Will not be back."

"It was very clean, relaxing and a nice quick easy check in. Perfect just to stay outside of DC I have stayed in many Mariotts and this location in downtown Bethesda Maryland was gorgeous 😍 The staff were all very helpful and if I needed anything it was right there. Outside area was safe and very relaxing as well."

"This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is...

"Rooms themselves are standard hotel rooms. Breakfast is pretty bad and it was extra time of booking. So skip breakfast. Also staff is pretty unhelpful unfriendly and not interested at all on serving. also they charge for parking. Many better options in the area so unless you get a pretty cheap rate I would skip."
