"Location"

"Beds were super comfortable and the pool and gym were nice. Room service took more than an hour for a couple small meals, but otherwise the food was good. The staff were all very friendly. Great location as well."

"Convenient location and stylish hotel. It is "twinned" with a Marriott at the conference center and close to highway. Young valet were quite helpful, driving us to and from our dinner restaurant and pickup when we were stuck in a pop up shower."

"My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it."

"Pricey for location and amenities"

"It's a boutique hotel near downtown and bordering the campus of UT. It's new so seems to be quite nice. However, it's "valet only" for parking. When I arrived and for a couple of hours after the parking lot was absolutely jammed with cars waiting to be parked. There was one young man working the valet and he said he had started the day before. Staff was indifferent to the situation. I ended up parking in a nearby neighborhood (not recommended). A colleague had a problem with her room lock, and...

"We two senior ladies spent one night here because we wanted to see down town Knoxville on our return from Williamsburg to the FL Panhandle. The hotel was beautiful, the room spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel was quiet, the breakfast terrific. The only downside was the $30 parking fee. We walked to a riverside restaurant. Calhouns, good food and great view. Then along the river to the Vols campus and along the 1984 worlds fair site. A great visit."

"Outstanding value for money. This hotel easily beats the competition with its superior breakfast spread and a fantastic saltwater pool that stays open late. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!"

"Nice newer hotel. Room overall was comfortable however sink area and bathroom offered little counter top space. Also shower controls were hard to reach and not get wet turning on the shower. Whomever planned the space didn’t take that into consideration. Perhaps reverse the shower doors to better access shower controls."
