"Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff."

"The hotel does not have central A/C. We had to move from a loft room because it was too hot. The new room was cool but water dripped from the A/C unit onto the floor and if you step there you might fall thru to the ceiling below. The elevator is OLD and scary as heck. You barely fit 2 people in it. We used the valet service and when we were checking out, we had to describe our keys and car to them. When they parked it, they didn’t label the keys so all weekend they had no idea who they belonged...

"Our family (including two 7 year olds) loved our stay. The courtyard is beautiful and we loved the idea of the pool (storms in area so we didn’t venture in). A/C worked almost too well! Our room was great! We had an outside room on the 1st floor so we did get quite a bit of street noise from people and vehicles. We just decided it was part of the experience and didn’t let it bother us. The location is superb. Close to everything you want but far enough from Bourbon street to give you a little...

"Great large room. Good in room amenities. Would have like a breakfast but knew in advance that was not part of the service. Parking on site. More than I wanted to pay but less than other hotels in the area"

"Everything was great, we loved our stay. Only consideration to share is that the beds are not very comfortable. So, if you have anyone with mobility issues or is very sensitive to super firm mattresses in your party, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall experience was very good though."

"I did not like that you had to use 3 entirely different elevators from parking you use 1 elevator to the 2nd floor to check in. The. You use another different elevator to go to ur room. To get to the hotel restaurant you need to go to 2nd floor walk around the checkin area and take a 3rd elevator to the 3rd floor to eat. NOT A GOOD SET UP"

"We liked this hotel a lot. We appreciated that it was close to the French Quarter, but also a little removed and quieter. Our AC went out, but the staff quickly had us move to another room where it was working. Very cool building and a great experience!"

"The haunted hotel was great its walking distance to everything. The lore behind the place is fascinating and we had some paranormal but the ghost seem friendly. The staff are super friendly makes thst worth the stay just on that alone."
