"Check in was easy My room was good but not great. Issues with lack of hot water and paint work needed touching up. Bed was comfortable Its a huge hotel with great connections to train service but not really a tourist hotel but more designed for conferences and functions Handy coffee shop in lobby but not much else in the area for food and drink"

"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...
