"I would not stay anywhere else"

"Location is good next to the theme park. Very clean. All staffs extremely friendly. Interior rather old but well maintained. Next to the hotel is a decent mall with plenty of restaurants to choose. Only one down side during the stay, which was the fact hotel pool was closed in the middle of summer. Was so ready to jump into the pool during hot days there. "

"We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Disney and because it advertised a pool, which was important for our family after long days in the parks. We were disappointed to discover that the pool closed early each evening, making it impossible to use after returning from Disney. That was not disclosed when we booked. We were then surprised to learn there was an additional fee to use the pool, which also was not clearly advertised. When we finally used it, the condition was unacceptable....

"This hotel was fabulous for our stay in Tokyo. It was extremely convenient for both Disney properties, but also very close to the rail station for easy access to all of the areas around Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bundle your room with their buffet breakfast, it was excellent."

"Beds were very uncomfortable, thought maybe it was me; but woke up two days in a row with the most awful back pain that required hours before I was comfortable again. Had to pull out trundle bed to add on top of mattress to sleep comfortably. Both trundle mattresses were covered in pee stains understandable though."

"This hotel met our needs as a family and we only have great things to say about it. First, the location. It is conveniently close to Disney and Maihama Station. But what is better and maybe the best part is the hotel has a free (scheduled) shuttles to/from in the morning and evening. Although we walked the first night, and it took us 20 min. Second, we were able to store our luggage before/after our stay. Third, the rooms had 4 beds for my family and everything else we needed on our vacation....
