"This is an unmanned property. So, there were no people, but check in was easy, the room was faultless and the room had everything (hair dryer, straightener, shampoo/soap/conditioner, washer/dryer with detergent)"

"I came with my wife and 2 kids, we have twin room with 2 big bed which is very comfortable for us, the room still have space even we bring 3 big luggage and a baby stroller. The location is superb, it’s located in Myeongdong area which is thre is hundreds of restaurant and shops surrounding the hotel, even there is 7/11 and starbucks on the ground floor of the hotel, very near subway (2 min walk) and near an airport shuttle bus stop. Definitely stay again when we come back to Seoul."

"Biggest issue was the third room by the front door was really small and had no windows. It was much warmer in that room than the rest of the rooms. I was told that until summer, the AC is not turned on for all rooms. The front desk did give us a fan, but that was something unexpected. The staff was very good and the location was very good. "
