"Excellent location, new and clean property, we were offered free upgrade upon check in. Ginza subway line station with elevator is just a few steps away, and we walked to nearby attractions like Ueno park, sansoji temple, kuramae. Room is spacious with all necessary features such as a separate toilet, kitchen with pots, plates and utensils. "It's located in a nice and quiet area. It takes only a few minutes walk to the subway station. My room was clean and staff was helpful. A washing machine was inside my room which was great as I compared it with my stay in Kyoto where I had to take chance to see if it was available or occupied by other guests. "Kaget dengan penjelasan tidak ada petugas yang membersihkan kamar dan toilet. Kondisi ini seharusnya spesifik dijelaskan di web saat booking proses. Resepsionis hanya ada jam 8 pagi - 10 malam. "Only bummer was not being able to go out and see the Godzilla. It’s been closed since November last year and is still, so if that’s the reason you wanna book- don’t. Otherwise, amazing hotel and the proximity to shinjuku station is UNBEATABLE. Night time is busy and not very kid friendly but also not obscene.
