"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Every person in this hotel has an attitude . The bell woman smacking her gum asking what i need , the valet that walks away saying remarks under their breath about a tip , and the overall staff feels like you’re burdening them by any interaction .
Coming from LAS VEGAS , this was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had while paying premium for a top of the line room .
Stay anywhere in Atlantic City but here . The hard rock was EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ,...
