"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, as expected. However, our stay was heavily impacted by multiple issues and the lack of on-site support, which made things particularly stressful while traveling with a child. We ended up spending a lot of time communicating with NUMA support via WhatsApp. Although we received a 30% refund, we would not stay here again. The first issue occurred on arrival when the luggage storage system in the open area didn’t work, and...

"Very good apart hotel , really enjoy the stay , the front office also really nice and warm The only input , the bed in the master bedroom ( is a little bit un evenly firm ) The view from the window is amazing"

"We really enjoyed our stay here overall. The location was absolutely fantastic and within walking distance to some of the famous sites, which made exploring very convenient. For places farther away, the tram was easily accessible and simple to use. There was also a grocery store nearby, which was very helpful during our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the instructions provided for getting into the property were very clear and easy to follow. The only downside for us was the stairs....

"Good location, plenty of eateries and bars near by, and shops & markets, could do with a spruce up, the decor was a little tired. No hand held shower and no lights in the shower room mirror."

"This was a hidden little gem I wish I had found on previous trips. The local vibe and location are awesome. I will say that the only reason I didn’t give it all 5 stars was due to two things. The cleaning crew left their cleaning supplies on the counter, not a huge deal, however, the loud neighbors at 2, 3, 4 am were a little overboard. "
