"Good hotel!"

"The property is in a good location, only a few blocks from Museumplein and a grocery store. There's even a luggage locker on the way to those mentioned places. Something I wish I had known before hand. My flight landed about 10:30am. So I "wasted" about 3-hours at the airport when I could have instead used the luggage locker and had lunch somewhere in the surrounding area. Two to three blocks past the museums and you're at the lovely Vondelpark. This property is further city center though...

"Very good apart hotel , really enjoy the stay , the front office also really nice and warm The only input , the bed in the master bedroom ( is a little bit un evenly firm ) The view from the window is amazing"

"Nicely maintained property in a lovely neighbourhood. It was nice to be staying where the locals lived. The only downside is that it’s a fair trek from the downtown core where most of the attractions were located. It took us more than an hour to walk there from Centraal Station with our luggage as we found it difficult to hail an Uber/Bolt, though later we discovered that taking the transit was very easy and convenient. "

"We enjoyed the location of the apartment, even though it is a bit away from the main downtown area of Amsterdam. You can either take the bus to the train station or two free ferries, which will get you to the Amsterdam Train Station. Bus about 10 min and ferries about 30-45 min to downtown. Ferries were scenic with lots of boats. The apartment was very clean and well supplied with kitchen essentials. Please note that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. "Washer was available, but no dryer. The windows do NOT open so no way to hang dry either. Advise packing enough clothes for every day you’re staying and take home a bag of “dirty clothes” as no way to clean them; shower was moldy on ceiling because of poor ventilation of that room. Overall, good stay and good spot to catch transportation "

"The room itself was very nice. The bed was very comfortable.The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We had great difficulty carry luggage upstairs because the spiral staircase steps are unbelievably narrow. They are perfectly fine for younger guests but beware if you are over 50. "

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
