Motel di Kota Kingston

"The room was very clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, for some inexplicable reason, there was a problem with the water in the bathroom. I was unable to shower or even flush the toilet and spoke to reception about the problem. They were very apologetic and offered me the use of another room. They also offered me a free breakfast. I was appreciative of their efforts, but asked to speak to a manager when they were available. I received a call later in the morning and discussed the matter...

"Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."

"Old building"

"One of the power outlets didn't work and one was a bit dodgy which would be fine but there isn't really any in the room to use"

"The location, staff, food, parking and facilities were all great. The only downside was a noise from the pipes when the toilet was flushed, which was a little unsettling in the middle of the night."
