Very warm welcome with a glass of complementary wine, friendly and helpful staff, boutique style bedroom with large comfortable bed and soft bedding - wonderful nights sleep, which was helped by the total quietness as well. absolutely 5* and our new favourite hotel in London! Thank you for a wonderful stay, one night far too short .."

"I had a wonderful experience and this has become my new favourite place to stay. The staff were polite, friendly, and very professional. Our room on the 13th floor was fantastic! spotless, warm, quiet, and equipped with great amenities. We felt completely at home. The hotel’s top-floor bar offers an incredible view, and the location is perfect for nearby cafés and public transport. I only wish we had booked a longer stay. Looking forward to returning soon!"

"Room was internal so no windows , but has it was winter didn’t matter . Room was small but did the job , the only issue was an issue with the kettle where the plug was damaged. I did report it but nothing was done, on departure I mentioned this to Philip who can’t be more helpful sorted out breakfast coffee anything I wanted . Even for this issue I would go back "
