"Numerous staff members were very helpful. The room was large and the bed incredibly comfortable. We were on the ground floor at the street, so street noise was a bit of an annoyance. Returning we'd definitely choose the Leonardo Eden and request a higher floor."

This was neither acknowledged nor responded. We reached hotel round 12:30noon, was told to wait 1 hour so we went out for lunch and came back around 2.30 still no room. Water leakage was observed outside the bathroom door, likely originating from the tiled area. There is no exhaust/ventilation, leading to persistent odor issues. Restaurant: Acceptable."
