"Overall experience was great with upscale facilities. The self-serviced laundry facility was a plus. Only comments are difficulties communicating with staff due to language barrier. Also, hotel should consider having more English speaking TV channels available in the rooms."

"Easy walks to catch a tour to Mt. Fuji and to visit Imperial Gardens. Equipped for eating in room. Heated toilet seat and bidet function were unexpected and very nice features."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are small, with no storage space for large suitcases, but the beds are very comfortable and the separate areas for shower/toilet are a great idea. The location is great and the hotel is easy to find. If you are coming from an airport, it is basically across the street from the limousine bus stop at Tokyo Station. I also wanted to note that the rooms are very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbors or any outside noises."

One of the standout positives was the cleanliness: the rooms and common areas were very well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and reassuring. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel only has two washing machines available for all guests, which made it quite inconvenient, especially during busy times when they were often in use. Additionally, the breakfast selection was fairly limited. While the food quality was decent, there weren’t many options to choose from, which could get repetitive for longer stays. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place to stay."
