It’s quite a change from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku. It’s nice that they have Onsen with a sauna. The staff were very nice and helpful. "

"The unit is so convenient 4-minutes walk to Sangen Chaya station which is close to major Tokyo areas. It is very clean and comfortable room with quiet area yet so close to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay."

I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room.
