"The location was excellent, and the cleanliness of the hotel was quite good. The issue is the hotel is old and some maintenance is lacking. Opening the cold water faucet allowed a trickle of water to flow across the vanity and onto the floor; since the whole bathroom was a "unit bath" this didn't cause a big problem because there is a floor drain, but it shows there are minor things that need to be fixed."

"It’s a good hotel to stay in for a few nights. I liked how close it was to Hamura station and a few other convenient places. The room was a smoking room, but I don’t think it was deodorized before my stay. There was also a lot of dust on the wall. The walls are really thin too. If they were to dust the walls, spray the rooms with a deodorizer, and maybe use disposable slippers instead of the leather ones, it would be even better. Still a good place to stay for a few days. "

"Right next to the Kokubunji train station, very convenient. Bus line also out in front. Room was spacious. 900 Yen breakfast coupon was used in the mall next door but the food was good. Front desk was very helpful when we wanted to transport our luggage to Haneda two days before our flight. The price was reasonable, too, about 2500 Yen/piece."

"Clean and close to Fuchu train station. This is our 2nd time here. Also, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping mall. It is an hour away from Haneda Airport but the Airport Limousine bus transportation is very affordable and transportation is with them is smooth and easy. I 100% recommend this hotel. "
