"What a gem!! We stayed for 4 days. Had to readjust our arrival and departure date at last minute due to typhoon Shanshan☹️. They even refunded our last day stay without asking as we had to leave a day earlier due to approaching typhoon.We arrived at midnight by train and the manager met us on site to welcome us and explain everything. Having a washer and dryer in one machine on site saved us! We would do a load of laundry every night and in the morning have clean clothes. Saved a lot of time...

"We a Loved our stay at Cross Hotel. The property is amazing and in a fantastic area. So much is walkable and the transit system is super easy to use for day trips. The room is fabulous with super comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast each day was fantastic! Highly recommend including it in your stay.
