The breakfast team deserves a raise for all the hard work they put into an awesome, and tranquil dining experience. The onsite spa is the perfect way to rest and relax after walking through multiple cities or towns. They truly understand their guests and what it takes for them to have a magical and tranquil experience."

"The room was spotless, the staff was excellent from reservation to departure, the property was amazing and location was the best in the city in the Kiyomizu area. We were greeted at arrival and given an upgrade. Our bags had already been stored in our room. We had wonderful lounge experiences with the Maiko performance and the tea ceremony (which my kids loved) because it was "just enough" for them. I would recommend this hotel over and over again to anyone looking for a hotel in Kyoto."
