"This was my second stay at this property and I enjoyed everything about it. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff is easy to reach. The complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. The onsite bar is upscale and service was excellent. The location is very walkable and in close proximity to plenty of restaurants. "The staff was exceptional and friendly. We traveled during the winter storm that overwhelmed the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located downtown. A shirt was to great food and the convention center. "

"Staff was amazing I was there in Memphis for my grandma funeral and they treated me sooo well even tho my visit was a sad occasion they made sure me and my son was safe and welcome there was a dog barking on the middle of the day and the staff got right on it move me to a different room and was very helpful. I left earlier then book due to not feeling well and the evening guy that work Saturday showed me how to use a Lyft to get me back to Amtrak insured me & my son was safe i never traveled...

"The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The rooftop views were heavenly. Only recommendation is new carpet in the rooms. Besides that the hotel was in the perfect location to get to the nightlife. We walked and never felt unsafe. "
