"Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis."

"This was one of the best places we have stayed and enjoyed it so much more than a standard hotel. Everything was exactly like the listing and so simple from check in to check out. Super clean and everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay. If we ever visit Memphis in the future this will definitely be our go to place to stay."

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost."

"This place has true old southern hospitality. The whole town was like that! We visited everywhere. No disappointments. The hotel was magnificent. We just returned from Japan. Hospitality there second to none and the Peabody and Memphis felt the same."

"There were drugs left on the table and they moved us to another room air conditioner didn’t work leaking refrigerator and the room smelled like cat pee."

"I like the fact that hotel was centrally located. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is weirdly designed, the toilet only had a door. They did not have wash cloths for my 3 night stay, just hand towels and regular towels. No real food options inside of the hotel. The roof top bar was nice, but the staff wasn’t friendly. The drinks were just okay. We didn’t use valet parking because it was $36 per day, I found cheaper parking a short walk away for my entire stay!"

"This is a chic laid back Centrally located hotel / Kitchenette, spacious Rooms , sink , full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven. They have wonderful staff that are there to accommodate you and answer Questions. I Must Say The Downside is The 3pm Check in, otherwise A great Hotel. Walking distance to Beal Street and the Civil Rights Museum. People use the Pool, Exercise room and The Free Breakfast is A Major Plus , make you Own Waffles, That was New 😂 The Coffee is Also good"

"Location was great, walking distance to everything including Beale St. The actual hotel stay was very dissapointing. NO A/C in lobby during multiple 90 degree days. At check in our room was at 75 and it took over 6 hours for it to reach 70! When the a/c was on, it made a loud rattling noise the entire time it ran as well. The "fridge" cant even be called that as it shuts itself off for like 8 hours delay at a time for "energy conservation" so anything you put in there never gets cold. Hot water...

"This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again.
