"Was close to the hospital and clinics and gas station and restaurants but the bad no coffee pot in room and pool not opened"

"Parking was a hassle. Staff wasn't always available."

"This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property."

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"Very nice accommodations, super clean rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this venue. I will never stay at the Peabody after visiting this hotel."

"Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"This was one of the best places we have stayed and enjoyed it so much more than a standard hotel. Everything was exactly like the listing and so simple from check in to check out. Super clean and everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay. If we ever visit Memphis in the future this will definitely be our go to place to stay."

"This place has true old southern hospitality. The whole town was like that! We visited everywhere. No disappointments. The hotel was magnificent. We just returned from Japan. Hospitality there second to none and the Peabody and Memphis felt the same."

"This is a chic laid back Centrally located hotel / Kitchenette, spacious Rooms , sink , full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven. They have wonderful staff that are there to accommodate you and answer Questions. I Must Say The Downside is The 3pm Check in, otherwise A great Hotel. Walking distance to Beal Street and the Civil Rights Museum. People use the Pool, Exercise room and The Free Breakfast is A Major Plus , make you Own Waffles, That was New 😂 The Coffee is Also good"

"Great location, was clean and felt safe. Loved the restaurant for drinks - good vibes and always busy! Would stay here again."

"Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost."

"It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing."
