I had questions before we arrived and they emailed with me many times back and forth to give me a lot of helpful information- it really took the stress out of some of our planning before arrival, especially since we were there over the New Year holiday (so many places were closed ). They made some wonderful restaurant recommendations and set up the reservations for us. We also really enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel. Great location, too. Our room had many amenities and a drawer full of items in case you forgot anything. I felt the room was quite spacious for Japanese standards. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kyoto.
