"First of all, excellent hotel. Nearly on par with the best. Despite construction work, it was nearly transparent. The hotel policies should be reviewed. Primarily, you should be allowed to use luggage racks without assistance. It isn’t as though we were going to keep them in our room while we weee obviously checking out.
