"Have stayed here here multiple times on travels to Cebu.
It is a decent mid-tier property and extremely convenient to the Ayala Mall which can keep you occupied and fed with so many dining options.
The staff are all extremely happy and pleasant when dealing with you. And several remember me from prior visits.
The buffet meals are good food with many options/selections at each meal. (Breakfast was included in my rate). Room service was a good experience as well.

"We spent about 10 days at Tsai Hotel and Residences and don't have any negative feedback at all. The staff was always helpful and hospitable. Any time we called tot he front desk we were taken care of promptly, whether it was restocking water or taking garbage.
We did have to ask everyday for water though and figured they would realize that we wanted our two free bottles everyday. Yet they always waited for us to ask, which isn't bad I guess.
Very clean place and plenty of things to do around...
