"We spent about 10 days at Tsai Hotel and Residences and don't have any negative feedback at all. The staff was always helpful and hospitable. Any time we called tot he front desk we were taken care of promptly, whether it was restocking water or taking garbage. We did have to ask everyday for water though and figured they would realize that we wanted our two free bottles everyday. Yet they always waited for us to ask, which isn't bad I guess. Very clean place and plenty of things to do around...
