"I stayed here overnight before leaving at the airport - very convenient location as it was easy walking distance, even with luggage. The ground floor is understandably busy, maybe even confusing if you're new to this level of efficiency, with staff directing you politely to the self- check in. As you progress upwards, the pace slows. You helped yourself to any needed amenities (toothbrush etc) on the lower floor on the way up. The room was spacious (by Japanese standards!), view out to the airport. Good or bad thing depending - I didn't mind. It was quiet & I had a sound sleep. The hotel is big, so there was quite a walk along long corridors to get to the room. I didn't have breakfast as I had to rush. Check out was quick & smooth. Wish all airport hotels were like this."

"Excellent location above the train station but that was the only good part. You could hear trains so the room wasnt fully sound proof. Smallest room I have ever stayed in, it was a single room passed off as a double. No room for 2 checkin lugguage, one had to be near the room door so you could not open the bathroom. Staff could not speak English, they used a translator gadget that got the conversion wrong. Poor breakfast, only 4 set choices so if you didnt like any there was nothing else"
