"Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle bus service to the nearest train station, Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, and directions to the nearest bus limousine that goes to Haneda airport. They have a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor, also dry cleaning services. The hotel has a currency exchange machine in the lobby. Facilities are very clean and housekeeping was very through and efficient. "

"Stayed here for six nights - three were nights when we were going to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Very walkable distance to Disneysea - they offer a shuttle that runs at limited times but walking is probably faster. "ディズニーランドで遊んだ帰りに泊まりました。ホテル内やお部屋がかわいくてテンションが上がります。ベッドも寝心地よく快適で、ソファーも心地よかったので簡易ベッドとしても十分と思いました。窓枠のところ、部屋側に埃がこびりついており、清掃が残念に感じたので星を減らしています。あと、朝食ブュッフェが、ホテル予約時のオーダーより当日注文の方が500円くらい安い計算になり、これも残念に思いました。周辺にコンビニがなく、ホテル内のコンビニはお値段高めなので、水道水が飲み水として使用できるのはありがたかったです。いろいろ不便はありましたが、私の調査不足なので、次の滞在からは、可愛く快適なホテルとお部屋を純粋に楽しめると思うので、また伺いたいと思います。"

"This was definitely a unique and great experience. Upon arrival, the artwork collection located on the 25th Floor lobby was eye catching.
