"The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

"If I could give 6 stars I would. This place and its staff were amazing. Our room had a private spring fed tub in the room, a sauna, a massage chair and tons of space. The pictures didn't do it justice. The staff was crazy attentive, served us an impressive breakfast and was helpful every step of the way. We would 100% stay again. "ライブに参加するために家族で利用しました。 お部屋も綺麗に掃除してあり、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 大浴場があり、ゆっくりと足を伸ばしてお風呂に入る事ができて大満足！ただ、脱衣場が狭くてロッカーの数も少ないので、お風呂待ちしました。朝風呂もやってたので、夜と朝2回もお風呂に入ってスッキリしました。ゆっくり疲れを取ることができました。 提携駐車があるといいな。"
