saya sangat kecewa sekali. 30 menit setelah check out, saya di telpon balisandy diinfokan bahwa saya belum bayar. saya sudah pastikan bahwa saya sudah membayar kepihak hotel.com dan bahkan hotel.com sudah mengemail bahwa saya tidak perlu membayar apa2 lagi. lalgi pihak balisandy meminta no kartu kredit dan bulan tahun expired kartu kredit saya. saya kasih, karena saya fikir pihak bali sandy hanya mau mengkonfirmasi. krn sy tidak memberikan no cvv. pembicaraan tlp sudah selesai, bbrp menit kemudian ada sms dari bank mandiri, utk pembayaran menginap saya tadi. sungguh saya sangat kecewa sekali dengan pihak bali sandy dan hotel.com hal seperti ini sangat merugikan customer. cukup sekali saya memakai aplikasi ini

Spotgoedkoop als je gewoon een bed en zwembad wil.
Dringend aan renovatie toe. Kapotte ligbedden en matrasjes aan het zwembad . Pover ontbijt. Totaal ongeschikt voor mensen met trap probleem . Overal trapjes etc….

Large rooms with all you need. Bath was a nice touch with plenty of hot water. Toiletries provided. Lovely deep swimming pool, bar wasn't open though. Most staff were polite. Man at the desk was rude and put his hand up to hush me at check-in,so a bit of a bad start. Garden was well kept. I didn't like cat poo on the grass and having to ask for the coffee to be refilled each morning at breakfast.. breakfast was cooked fresh and the menu has enough choice. All in all good.

Everything in my room was broken and mouldy. Dirty sheets and a giant cockroach came out of the rotting bathroom door.

We stayed here for six days Was very clean rooms cleaned daily and the courtyard was amazing Staff were great and so helpful

The staff friendly and friendly and helpful. The facility close to beech and yet sheltered from urban noise. Close to restaurants and city amenities

When I was looking for a place to stay. I was looking somewhere close to places I wanted to be near. From the photos of thr balisandy it seemed nice and inviting. Thr photos of thr room don’t show much, but again seemed on picture on thr internet only. However this was way far from the actual truth. From thr outside (which is not shown in pictures. Was very old and dated. I thought that made it might look better when I get to the other side, but no. The pool was dirty, unclean and nothing like the pictures (which I found were years old) only thr bottom floors were available as the top floors were no able to be used as they were unsafe and under repair (or so I was told) when I went to my room, it was far from desirable, it was smelly, if fact it smelt like mould. Thr fridge was no working and the and nor was the security safe. The front door, could be easily kicked in, if someone so desired. I thought my room was back, but my brother and sister in laws room was twice the smell as my room. That we decided to not stay and leave for something else. I was say I was less then impressed would be an understatement. I didn’t even argue for my money back as I knew it would be to no privail. I am in no way stuck up, I have been in war worn countries with better accommodations then this, been a ex-army veteran of 25 years I have seen my fair share of ruin down places, but this was worse this then this. I wasn’t willing to risk my health and thr health of my family so we left.

We stayed one night and found the staff very obliging and friendly - the room that we were given was very adequate for a comfortable stay even included a cooked breakfast and the coffee was excellent. Nice looking pool but unfortunately did not have time to use it - do not expect 5 stars but for the cost it was awesome. Very quiet for the location and will be staying again when we pass through Kuta.

the best best value for money
Excellent location as it is a few mins 6-10mins away from the beach with a stretch of restaurant and markets along the way. The hotel has very spacious rooms and a cosy veranda overlooking the central pool. Breakfast is decent but may still be improved by adding main course options. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely value for money as the price is definitely friendly without sacrificing comfort and convenience

立地は最高、毎日変わる朝食も最高、コスパも最高。 バリの安いホテルに色々泊まったけど、初めてまともなホットシャワーに当たった。何もかもが最高だったね。なぜここに早く辿り着かなかったのか.... 絶対に次も泊まります！

Its close to everything and staff are really nice. If your looking for a bed and a pool, its good. Dont expect too much.

Quiet but old rooms
Hotel has great pool, it is also quiet considering Kuta being noisy as hell. But the rooms are a bit aged, the bathrooms are dirty and have moisture even in deluxe rooms

Bed bugs! The pool area is nice and so is the staff. But they have bed bugs and the bedding is disgusting. Moldy pillows, stained sheets, just gross. For the price, there are far better places. Its too bad, because it would be a good place if it were clean. I checked out early and the manager gave a partial refund.

Not good for a stay
Rooms seems to be good in photos, no cleanliness in hotel rooms, showers not working properly, bathrooms are very dirty, staff are non co-operative, no proper plug points in room, bathroom fittings to be changed, bathtub is of no use.... u can't actually use it as bathtub, the property needs a renovation, I will advice not to stay in this hotel till things are not rectified...... Worst service by staff, they don't listen to the problems of customer..... Staff is less bothered about the customer needs......

Fint beläget hotell med fin pool & poolbar. Rummen är dock nedgångna och toaletterna stinker och skulle varit renoverade för fem år sedan.

２度目の宿泊です。以前は1階の部屋で、トラブルなく快適に過ごせましたが、今回は3階の角の部屋だったからか、wi-fiが全く通じませんでした。シャワーの出も悪く、部屋によって当たり外れがあるようです。

The staff were great. The pool nice. But the hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. Our first room Didn’t lock. Another room Had an air conditioner that broke. Beds hard. Pillows lumpy. Old and outdated
