Hotel bagus, menu sarapan terbatas
Hotelnya bagus dengan pelayanan yang ramah, staf receptionist sangat membantu. Fasilitas hotel cukup lengkap, dengan ukuran kamar tidur yang cukup luas dan nyaman. Namun sayang, menu sarapan sangat terbatas, tidak banyak pilihan selayaknya hotel bintang 4.

Awesome place to stay
Strategic location, walking distance (10mins) to the beach and surrounded by street food.. We can easily get our late supper every night during our stay.. We are not really satisfied with room, we booked a regis room and that std rooms are all facing the streets, very noisy since "Jl raya kuta" is pretty busy street.. Very recommended to choose the rooms with balcony.. Last, the buffet breakfast failed my tastebud! My opinion, it's very "Singaporean", tasteless and oily.. Many singaporeans and malaysians stay there, so I can conclude, the service and staff are awesome, otherwise, the hotel won't survive their complaints ;) I enjoyed coz my wife is Singaporean.

it looks better on pictures. Rooms are small and beds also... no chairs on balconies. not enough fruits at breackfast, not real coffe....no vegeterial healthy menue...

2泊しましたが、普通にいいですよ。フロントからタクシーを依頼するも、女性フロントは日本語がまったく分からない、男性に「ブルータクシー」に依頼をして貰った（フロントの前に旅行会社があります、ツアーを勧めるだけ）、朝食込みで申込で、2階レストランで部屋番号を言えば、バイキング形式の朝食、ジュース、果物、オムレツ（目玉焼き、オムレツ？と聞かれる）地元料理（ナシゴレン、他）はインクルードで申し込む事が大事です。プールは入りませんでしたが、家族ずれ、カップル、友人達の利用でにぎわっていました。湯船はありません、ハンドシャワーのみです。部屋から市内電話はかけられません、 フロントから市内へ電話をおねがいしましたが、フロント女性は、私たちの仕事ではない（日本語を出来るインドネシア女性旅行客の方に依頼するも、対応は駄目、フロントで日本語を出来る人依頼するも駄目）結局繋がらず、朝食のスタッフの方は、対応が良いです。

My husband and I stayed at this hotel whilst travelling around Bali. The room was spacious BUT the location on a cross junction of continuous noise traffic was horrendous, they didn’t mention that in the description. You couldn’t make it up about the pool the angled photograph make it look huge and amazing when you see it’s a small pool squeezed in between both sides of the hotel and totally overlooked, the sun loungers are filthy dirty, the towels were grey and frayed. The staff need some serious hospitality training because I would rate the hotel 2 stars. We completed as requested the satisfaction survey and handed to the receptionist only for her to open look at then put it under the desk....to which I can only assume the bin as it was pretty damming, that shows how much they care about there customers! I would not recommend or stay there ever again

The property is very poor design, they put us to the room that very very far away from the elevator, and my sister has foot problems... walk up and down not convenient. also it have no WIFI internet in the room, they says technician is working on that, but I stay for three days have nothing is fix, if I know it no WIFI I should not select this Hotel... Its was a very bad time for the three days that I stay in this hotel, I request to refund my money.

部屋の中にはコバエがたくさんいた。 二人で泊まったのに、アメニティは1人分。 Free Wi-Fiも使えなかったので問い合わせたが少し待つように言われ、待ったが何度接続しても結局つながらなかった。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたが、管理はあまかった。

Had a pleasant stay at the pool suit. Good and clean place to stay if want to visit Kuta beach and away from all the noise and people. Lots of restaurant and 24hrs shops. However, the properties condition are not well maintained, aircon and tap kept leaking, kettle doesn’t function well and their iron and board are spoilt. Overall it was relaxing, just disappointed with the equipments in the room.

Park Regis not up to scratch
I stayed 3 weeks in a suite with plunge pool. Staff were wonderful. Room was in poor condition and bathroom was unsatisfactory. Bath was filthy and drains smelly. The PadiPadi restaurant was very nice and food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was mediocre. Telephone in room does not work for local or overseas calls. I would not recommend this hotel unless you can get a renovated room.

Couldn't check in on time. Room was nice. Breakfast was average. Found a cleaner in our room late one night after it had already been cleaned that day, asked at reception why he was in our room again and they said the deluxe pool rooms are serviced twice a day, the second cleaner didn't clean anything though when we walked in he was pretending to make the bed which had already been made that day and not touched since. Room service rings door bell at around 10pm and if you don't answer rings continuously until you do. Struggled to get pool towels left in our room each day. Room service dishes left in our room for 2 days even though room was cleaned. Rats scratching in the roof keeps you up all night.

Nice place, large rooms, and excellent breakfast. The staff were superb and very friendly and went out of their way to help you specially Aris she should be the VP of public relations her smile and care is outstanding

Allasalue oli melko pieni. Aamupala oli paikallinen, mutta kuitenkin maukas. Hotelli on rauhallisella alueella, mutta ison tien varressa. Deluxe pool suite oli hintansa arvoinen, oma uima-allas oli iso plussa.

Park Regis looks nothing like the photos online. Very deceiving and disappointing. Also, when I left my room key card in my room, hotel reception just printed me a new one and let me go on my way... no ID check, no questions asked. I could have been anyone!

ホテルスタッフは超フレンドリーでgood! 部屋も清潔で満足ですが、夜間の多分エアコン室外機の音が響くので不快でした。シャワーの温度が不安定で使いづらい。シャワールーム設置のシャンプー容器が壊れています。判るようにメモを貼って置いたが翌日もそのまま、気付いてない？

デラックススイートに宿泊しましたが、お水のボトルサービスは朝のみならず夜も毎晩部屋までわざわざ回ってきてくださいました。朝食ビュッフェは毎日少しずつ変わっていて飽きず、掃除も行き届いていて良かったです。
