Pengalaman menginap di The Bene hotel
Lokasi dekat jl Raya sehingga memudahkan jalan2 sekitar hotel . Dekat beachwalk dan resto .Kalau bawa kendaraan utk masuk hotel jalannya agak sempit jadi mesti bergantian.Kamar hotel dan kamar mandi bersih.staf nya ramah2 .makanannya enak.hanya utk air minum yg d sediakan kurang.

Kebersihan bagus, service ok, variasi menu bfast utk lbh ditingkatkan. Saran utk mbuat daftar inventaris brang2 yg ada di kamar dan hrs dibayar oleh tamu jika hilang.

Leider war mein Zimmer um 13.30 Uhr (Check-in 15 Uhr, immer noch sehr schleppend) noch nicht fertig und ich nahm noch einen guten Cappuccino an der Bar. Sowohl beim Check-in als auch Herr Agung an der Bar waren äußerst freundlich und nett. Überhaupt ist das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet, sauber und vergleichsweise klein. Das große Bett mit vernünftiger Matratze gewährleistet trotz Hellhörigkeit einen guten Schlaf. Während meines Aufenthaltes war sehr rücksichtslose und laute Gäste im Hotel. Fazit: wenngleich grundsätzlich alles in Ordnung war, wähle ich künftig ein anderes Hotel

Decent hotel but wont go back
Overall service is friend, but the room and food needs lots of improvement. The aircon to the room was bad, had to leave it on 24/7 and shut curtains to cool the room. Balcony door does not shut fully and allows mosquitos to come in. Sadly my room was not cleaned for 2 days. Swimming pool needs to be rectified, steps and tiles and not in good conditions. Pls take care if you have children. The most disappoinment is the breakfast, i paid for 4 days brekkie but took the first day only. Others days I ordered Grab food. Overall the hotels need upgrade!.

Staff were always lovely. Rooms were clean. Good location between beach and main street. Room service could be improved. Difficult to order, slow to arrive and not hot on arrival. Some items on menu not available.

Had a great time, all staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a disappointing as food took to long to be replenished, coffee pot was always empty and cold. Made us not trust we’d get a good dinner there so we always ate out Wi-Fi was terrible. Our room was serviced very well and anything we requested eg. Someone to fix our safe they were quick. We would consider staying there again

The room is spacious and comfortable. All the staff there are nice and helpful. It is close to Kuta Beach and the new shopping mall. . We highly recommend it to other tourists.

너무나 친절한 직원들! 청소만 조금 더 분발해 주세요
4박을 하였습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 늘 만면에 웃음을 띄우고 환대해줍니다. 음식도 괜찮았습니다. 점심에 호텔레스토랑에서 피자를 시켰는데 맛있었어요. 모든 것이 다 좋았으나 룸 청소상태가 썩 좋지는 않습니다. 바닥도 마룻바닥형태인데 물걸레질이 되어있지 않고 화장실 역시 보이는곳만 청소합니다. 그것만 개선한다면 왠만한 5성급이 부럽지 않을듯 합니다.

滿意的住宿
我覺得今次住宿非常滿意，首先我們訂的是家庭房間，空間十分大，有兩間大房，還有一個客廳和飯廳，兩個浴室。酒店有一個室外游泳池，十分舒適。酒店員工非常友善，有問題都會即刻解決，十分可靠。美中不足的是酒店的其中一個熱水儲存器壞了，所以未能供應穩定熱水，但總括而言，我哋都係十分滿意。

Very nice stay at a great price
The hotel is situated about 200 meters from the beach in a fairly quite part of the world as far as Kuta goes. We rented a scooter that we could park safely in the underground parking of the hotel. With this it was easy to relax in the quite area around the hotel but still visit the busy area's or beach within a few minutes drive. Security at the hotel is good so a person feels safe from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and overlooks the pool area. Staff was friendly and assisted as expected with basic requests. The rooms were cleaned every day and had great air conditioning that is very important in Bali. Overall the breakfast buffet was great every morning, although a person on occasion had to wait 5 minutes or so for a table to become available. The breakfast at this hotel is really good with lots of choices including, meats, eggs, cereals,s yogurts, fruits, pancakes, vegetarian options, noodles and the works. The only bit of negative feedback is that the lifts on our side of the building was out of service about 3 times in the 7 days we stayed here. We then used the stairs to climb the 3 floor to our room that was not too bad. But persons not able to do this would have had to walk to the other side of the hotel to try and use a lift from that side. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely consider staying there again.

OK stay but not worth price we paid.
This hotel did not meet my expectations. Staff was wonderful but the facility need work Our toilet was broken twice and air conditioner did not work the first day. The second night water leaked from it all over my open luggage causing lots of laundry expense. The pool is in great condition and a good size for lap swimming plus play. Pool deck & chairs nice too. I just expected more for the price. Royal Suite didn’t feel royal.

For the price, there are far better hotels to stay in. Despite the hotel being recently refurbished, it already looks very run down. The location isn’t fantastic, no nice restaurants around.

Great location
The location was great, but you may find it difficult to get a cab into the hotel due to the traffic on Jln Legian and Jln Kuta Pantai. Beds were comfortable, but the breakfast was unremarkable. Overall still pretty good value.

가성비 갑ㅋ 좋은 숙소 입니다. 수영장도 넓고, 방도 깨끗하고 전기모가향도 있어서 모기도 관찮아요' 깨끗합니다. 대신 약간 간너방 소리가 들릴 수 있고, 수영장 소리는 들립니다. 민감하지 않으시면 큰 문제 없을 것 같아요. 목욕물이 해수인지 짭조롬하긴 합니다. 대신 정말 아쉬운 점은 조식 맛이 없어요 ㅠㅠ 그래도 좋습니다. 전 하루만 있으려다가 몇 일 늘렸어요.

We had a lovely 4 day stay at The Bene! The staff are SO friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely, we chose a pool access room which was great. I felt everything was very clean, dispite the fact some things may need a little update - very happy with it for the price. We had no issues and a great stay.
