"Clean room, staff really nice"

"No assistance on arrival with luggage, breakfast was very basic with limited items on the menu, we also had to wait for a table. Paid Laundry facilities needed an upgrade washer worked dryer didn’t. Overall property was ok."

"This hotel is in a wonderful location. Easy walk for many restaurants and tours close to the river. It's easy to catch a cab to go to other places. The staff was very friendly and informative, probably the best aspect of this hotel. The WiFi in the room was terrible. Mostly I gave up and used my cell service but I had to add more data on at a cost. The restaurant/bar wasn't available in the evenings. So, we couldn't meet in the bar for a drink before dinner. Although it's very common in the hotels we stayed in, I find it annoying that they won't come in and make your bed. I didn't want the sheets changed every day, but part of the enjoyment of being at a hotel is coming back to a bed that's made and I wasn't the one doing it. Here you could request full service or nothing. All in all I would probably stay here again because of location and staff. You should just know what you're getting."
