"The Palihouse is a very nice easy place to stay near W Hollywood. PHrancisco at the front desk was so accommodating and always smiling. The hotel is adorable and room was very comfortable. Note that the pool is smaller than it appears in the photo but is adequate and the gym is literally in a closet with no windows or air so we walked outside instead. "

"Please don’t stay here. The place does not look like the pictures. We did not stay longer than 15 minutes because room smelled like dirty mop and the bed and bathroom were dirty. When I asked the front desk to switch rooms they agreed the room was not good and said I had to pay to get a clean room. I asked for a refund and they declined that as well. Please don’t think that because this place is in Beverly Hills and its not cheap it will be a quality stay, this is not a hotel this place looks...
